Oscars 2025: Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian, Sofía Vergara and More Stars Turn Heads at After-Parties

And after the show, it's the after-parties.

That's right: Following the 2025 Oscars, nominees, winners, presenters and even a slew of stars who didn't attend the annual ceremony stepped out to celebrate the big night in film, which was hosted by Conan O'Brien at Los Angeles' Dolby Theater on March 2. (See all the winners from the 2025 Academy Awards here.)

And the festivities—which included Vanity Fair's Oscars party, Governor's Ball, Jay-Z & Beyoncé's Oscar Gold Party and the Elton John AIDS Foundation's Academy Awards Viewing Party—kicked off with no shortage of sparkle and shine among attendees.

Take Lupita Nyong'o, who stepped out for the 97th Oscars Governors Ball wearing a stunning cream-colored satin gown that featured a flowy hem and cape. Meanwhile, Olivia Wilde opted for an eye-popping see-through look and Sofía Vergara, Jessica Alba and Kim Kardashian wowed in gorgeous gowns while attending Vanity Fair's Oscars party.

Plus, several celeb couples turned the celebrations into their red carpet date nights. There was Kieran Culkin and his wife Jazz Charton, who locked lips while posing for cameras together inside the Governor's Ball. Additionally, John Mulaney and Olivia Munn set the fashion bar high while strutting the gold-and-beige carpet at Vanity Fair.

Of course, all the haute couture after-party looks weren't the only unforgettable part of the evening. Not long before they showed out to dance the night away, the biggest names in entertainment came together to honor the year's best movies.

And the competition for the top prizes was certainly steep this time around. Case in point: The Brutalist, Anora, A Complete Unknown, Conclave, Dune: Part Two, Emilia Pérez, I’m Still Here, The Substance, Nickel Boys and Wicked all faced off in the Best Picture category. Furthermore, Timothée Chalamet (A Complete Unknown) Ralph Fiennes (Conclave) Adrien Brody (The Brutalist) Colman Domingo (Sing Sing) and Sebastian Stan (The Apprentice) all competed for Best Actor in a Leading Role.

For Timothée, being in the company of so many talented actors has only motivated him to work harder.

“I’m really in pursuit of greatness," the 29-year-old said while accepting his award at the 2025 SAG Awards Feb. 23. "I know people don't usually talk that but I wanna be one of the greats, I'm inspired by the greats. I'm inspired by the greats here tonight. I'm as inspired by Daniel Day Lewis, Marlon Brando and Viola Davis as I am Michael Jordan and Michael Phelps."

Acknowledging that a trophy "doesn't signify that," he added, "But it's a little more fuel. It's a little more ammo to keep going."
