Kim Kardashian Compares Kanye West, Kris Humphries and Damon Thomas Wedding Looks
Here comes Kim Kardashian's take on her bridal looks.
The reality star gave a detailed breakdown of each outfit she wore in her respective weddings to exes Damon Thomas, Kris Humphries and Kanye West, revealing that she went for very unconventional attire during her first trip down the aisle.
"My first wedding, I wore leather capris with a leather halter top with no back," Kim shared on the March 20 episode of The Kardashians, explaining how she and Damon eloped in Las Vegas. "It was so cute with these big Prada wedges."
But for her second wedding, Kim—who finalized her divorce from Damon in 2004—wanted something on the other end of the spectrum.
"I really wanted a princess vibe," she explained of her 2011 nuptials to Kris, who she married for 72 days before filing for divorce. "I was like, 'When else am I ever going to do this?'"
For the Los Angeles wedding, Kim donned a custom Vera Wang gown featuring a strapless corset bodice and billowing tulle skirt. She completed the look with more than $10 million worth of Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including a beaded headpiece and her 18-carat diamond engagement ring—which Kim said she paid for but had to surrender to Kris as part of their divorce settlement.
As for her latest wedding? The SKIMS founder went with lace when she tied the knot with Kanye at a lavish Italian ceremony in 2014. As Kim put it, "That was Givenchy."
However, her marriage to the "Famous" rapper didn't last and the pair—who share kids North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5—called it quits in 2021.
Still, Kim hasn't given up on finding love—or another engagement ring. After all, she quipped to sister Khloe Kardashian on the March 13 episode of The Kardashians, "I wonder what my next ring shape will be."
Kim added at the time, "My last and final hurrah."
